What do i even need to say here? It's the gay cowboy story! a powerful romance between two married men, but not to each other obviously. Pretty much everyone has heard of this one, but i'd like to hear the analysis before i say anything interesting.
What is love? (Baby don't hurt me...) No, but in all seriousness, I mentioned there being four types of love. I DO believe these two were in love, and thus this was a love story. I also believe they somewhat wish they weren't in love, so they wouldn't be in so much danger, hence the famous "I wish I could quit you" line. They live in a time where they would die if they were revealed as gay, and as such are in constant danger, to the point where one of them dies at the end.
